Account details you give us (name, email, city, role), profile content (descriptions, images, links, event details) and basic technical data such as log and device information.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: create your account, show your profile to the other side of a match, deliver applications and decisions, send service emails, and keep the platform safe from spam and fake accounts.
What we share
When you apply to a brand, that brand sees your event and profile details. Shipping addresses are only shared after an application is approved. We use service providers for hosting, database, storage and email delivery. We do not sell your data.
Retention and your rights
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers.
