Terms of Service

IRL Society is a marketplace that introduces Activators to brands for real-life product placements. We are not a party to any agreement between an Activator and a brand, and we do not guarantee any placement, shipment or outcome.

You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. Every account is reviewed by hand before it goes live, and we may decline, suspend or remove accounts at our discretion. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Describe your event honestly, keep guest numbers realistic, and only share a shipping address you control. Product received through the platform is for the event described in your application — not for resale.

Ship what you promised, on time, and comply with applicable advertising, labelling and consumer law. Approving an application is your own commercial decision.

You keep ownership of the text and images you upload and grant us a licence to display them inside the platform. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, or anything unlawful, misleading or offensive.

The service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before any charge applies.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes, losses or damages arising between Activators and brands, or from products shipped through introductions made here.
